The Martinborough Motel is conveniently located near the town square, making it easy to explore the local eateries, boutiques, and wineries. Guests can enjoy a quiet atmosphere despite the central location. The motel offers comfortable beds with luxurious linens and well-maintained, clean rooms. The units come with fully equipped kitchens, including an oven, stove, microwave, jug, and toaster. The shower tray and stainless steel benchtops are bright and shining, adding to the overall cleanliness and appeal of the rooms.
The motel could benefit from a fresh coat of paint to enhance its cosmetic appearance.

Helpful people working here. The rooms with cooking facilities and a queen bed, as example. Lots of goodies for breakfast...

A Home Away From Home
During my recent stay at the Martinborough Motel, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The motel was advertised as budget-friendly, but it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort.
Although some cosmetic updates could be made, such as a fresh coat of paint, it didn't detract from the wonderful experience I had at the Martinborough Motel. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone seeking a comfortable and affordable stay in Martinborough.

The hotel was what I appreciated during the weekend. I had well-equipped family queen studio with a single bed, cooking facilities and microwave. Location: the venue was right by all eateries, and cafes, restaurants and wine bank.

Budget motel, clean and comfortable. Luxurious linen and great shower. No street noise. Close to cafes and shops. Would return again.

We had a wonderful stay at the motel. Colin and Gail were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They provided excellent service, ensuring we had everything we needed and even offering to heat up our leftovers for dinner. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and quality linens. The location was perfect, right near the town square and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and wineries. it was a fantastic experience.
No issues at all. 👍

Absolutely fabulous, darling! Loved the backyard table for my morning coffee and the vintage furniture and old bath that perfectly matched the 50's vibe. So quaint and charming!
Oh, and let's not forget the lack of bench space and weak water pressure. How delightful!

The gardens and BBQ area were a lovely place to relax and unwind. It felt like having my own private oasis, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and a delicious meal.
Bright outside light at night.

Loved using the BBQ! I felt like a master chef grilling my sausages in the quaint garden. It was like hosting my own gourmet cooking show in an episode from the 70s. Such fun!
Who needs wifi anyway? It's not like I need to check my emails or stalk people on social media.

Good value in expensive town, jaw-droppingly upgraded to larger room. Super friendly hosts, perfect location near square. Impeccable cleanliness, towels changed daily. Super comfortable bed.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Oil heaters heated the room quickly. Shower had no problems. Great location, close to town.
Could not be improved in any way.

The motel's location in the heart of the town was fantastic. We were able to easily access all the local shops, restaurants, and even the supermarket without needing to drive. It was also surprisingly quiet despite being so close to everything. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful owners. Colin, the host, greeted us upon arrival and made sure we knew how to get to our event. The linens were of good quality, and fresh towels were provided daily. The motel also had a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances in good, clean, working condition. Plus, the stainless steel benchtop and shower tray were bright and shining. we enjoyed the convenient location, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the owners during our Christmas stay at this hotel.
The shower had weak water pressure, which made it difficult to enjoy a good shower. the couch/sofa bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable.

Great value for money, clean and comfortable room with luxurious linen. The motel is conveniently located near cafes, shops, and vineyards. The hosts, Colin and Gail, were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement.
